On a more day to day level, it’s a great stone to shake off distractions and stress, and in assisting to change bad sleeping patterns.

Trolleite is a mix of Lithium, Lepidolite, Blue Tourmaline and Lazulite. While it’s named after ol mate Hans Gabriel Trolle-Wachtmeister, the chemist who first found the stone in Sweden, this is a more recent find from Brazil.
