We accept payment via bank transfer. Once you submit your order, you’ll automatically receive an invoice with our bank account details.

The pictures that you see on the product pages are typical of the quality of the various products we have available, but are not the exact products that you will be receiving. Since each crystal is unique, the sizing and quality may vary, but we take lots of time to sort our crystals and to represent the quality and size accurately.
Please note that unless otherwise specified, display stands, rulers, chains, and other props are not included in the sale price of the photographed item.

Yes – we’ll label things as required so you’ll know which is which.

If you’re not satisfied with your products, you can return them (in their original state) within seven days and we will exchange them for you. Shipping will be at your expense.

In the rare instance that your package should be damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. All items are carefully checked by us prior to shipping and our courier company is liable for any damage during transit. We can lodge a claim on your behalf, though we’ll need photos of the item(s) and the packaging (including the courier bag) emailed to us within four days of delivery. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged items and packaging from you.

We have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.40 + gst for all orders under $400. Shipping is free on all orders over $400.

No, sorry – we can not ship to PO Boxes.
