Yes - our minimum order total is $100 + GST and freight.

We accept payment via bank transfer. Once you submit your order, our account details will be shown on screen, and you'll receive an email with our bank account details.

We have two types of listings - general and selected. The pictures that you see on the general listings are typical of the quality and size of the various products we have, but are not the exact products that you will be receiving. Since each crystal is unique, the sizing and quality may vary, but we take time to sort our crystals and to represent the quality and size as accurately as we can.

With select lots, you will receive exactly what is shown in the photo. These have a code in the title and we generally specify the weight and size in the listing. 

Please note that unless otherwise specified, display stands, rulers, chains, and other props are not included in the sale price of the photographed item.

If you're unhappy with the goods you receive, you may return them within seven days, in original condition, and we will issue a credit voucher to the same amount towards your next order. Return shipping will be at your expense.

In the rare instance that your package should be damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. All items are carefully checked by us prior to shipping and our courier company is liable for any damage during transit. We can lodge a claim on your behalf, though we'll need photos of the item(s) and the packaging (including the box or courier bag) emailed to us within four days of delivery. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged items and packaging from you, so please keep everything until we confirm the claim with you.

We have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.40 + gst for urban orders, and $14.10 + gst for rural delivery. To avoid delays with dispatching your order, please ensure you check your address status here:

No, sorry - we use a courier service so we can not ship to PO Boxes.
