Note: This prasiolite is a result of careful heat treatment of amethyst. Natural prasiolite is extremely difficult to source, so heat treated prasiolite helps us to meet market demand. Additionally, these heat treated stones use lower quality rough, turning a C grade product into a beautiful A grade product – all part of using as much stone as possible from the mine; a core part of ethical sourcing.
