Fuchsite – known as the fairy crystal, beautifully green Fuchsite is an amazing assistant for manifesting happiness, joy, and miracles in your life – it’s all about warm fuzzies! Named in honour of Johann Nepomuk von Fuchs, this chromium rich mica often has veins of quartz running through it – the swirling patterns not unlike the meandering orchestral pieces composed by their namesake. This has enabled us to further expand our range of products, mostly direct from the lapidarist. We’ve inspected a range of showrooms, workshops, and stone supply yards and carefully selected who we want to work with – those offering operational transparency and high levels of worker safety and conditions, alongside high quality, beautiful products. The artisans we spoke with are very fairly paid, even by New Zealand standards, have good access to all PPE, and obviously enjoy their work. Quality control is important to us and having now visited, we’re able to ensure what we receive is of excellent quality.
