Fossil Agatised Gastropods – 100g

These fossil agatised Gastropods are from Morocco. They’re a trace fossil of sorts – the shell itself has mostly gone, but the space left inside the shells has been replaced over time with chalcedony/agate.

You will receive an assorted lot. Sizing may vary and you may receive some full shells and/or partpartial shells. These agatised gastropods vary in size from approx 2-4cm, and would benefit from a little wash to show off their best appearance.
