Ammonite Pairs (Polished) – 3 pack
Ammonites belong to the cephalopod family, cousins of the contemporary squid, octopus, and nautili which thrived in the seas during the time of some dinosaurs. Their name originates from the Greek ram-horned god Ammon.
These ancient creatures swam in tropical oceans about 65 million years ago. These ammonites have been cut through the middle and polished to show the beautiful patterns inside.
